RETURNS

  • You have maximum 14 days notice of cancellation since your purchased item is arrived (from that day you got the purchased item). Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
  • If you send us a notice of cancellation within 14 days since your purchased item is arrived (from that day you got the purchased item) you have 14 days to post the purchased item you cancelled. If 14 days have gone by since you send us your notice of cancellation and you do not post the cancelled item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If 14 days have gone by since your purchased item is arrived (from that day you got the purchased item) and you do not send us any notice of cancellation, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For delivery time we count 5 work days to Europe and 10 work days to outside of Europe. We always send our items as a priority and registered parcel. If you do not send any feedback about arriving, after these days we count your purchased item is arrived without any problem and your possibility of cancellation starts from here.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Downloadable products and personalized gifts cannot be returned.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

REFUNDING SURPLUS SHIPPING COST

If you buy more than one item and we can pack them into one package, you don’t need to pay for each. We count your shipping cost by the items’ gross weight and refund the surplus amount to your PayPal account – and we always inform you about it of course.

Examples:

  • you buy 2 pairs of earrings and the system counts the shipping cost two times. We can send them is one package for one shipping cost, so we refund the second shipping cost to your PayPal account.
  • you buy 1 home decor item, 3 pairs of earrings, 1 ring and 1 necklace and the system counts 6 shipping costs for you. Don’t worry, with a good chance all of your items can go into one package (jewelries next to the home decor) for one shipping cost, because the earrrings, ring and necklace are easy weight small items. In this case you need to pay only the home decor’s shipping cost and we refund the remained five small item’s shipping cost.
  • you buy 1 home decor and 1 table clock item and these are both in the wight limit “up to 1000 grams”. The system counts 2x “up to 1000 grams” but we can pack these items in one package with gross weight “up to 1500 grams” that’s cheaper than the cost of 2x “up to 1000 grams”. In this case we refund the difference to your PayPal account.

In a nutshell, you can save money if you buy more than one item.

SALE ITEMS

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send your item to our address. You can ask our address via email at

GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to our address. You can ask our address via email at
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
